Limiting government is the only way to protect our freedoms to choose, the freedom to succeed or fail on our own merits.  We are in the process of having these basic rights stripped from us by the very government that should be protecting them.  The right to redistribute wealth or property rests with each individual – not the government.

One place where we can apply the principles of limited government is in the Congress.  Positions of honor, like those in the Congress, the Supreme Court and the Executive branch, should not be positions of profit.  We should limit compensation, lifetime benefits and exclusive privileges.
