The simple habit of work solves many problems. It is always rewarded and cannot fail in the creation of value. It is a principle upon which all success hinges - in every facet of our lives. Everyone that is capable of work should go to work every day – even if it’s in a non-paying job.

A few years ago, a friend of mine, lost her job. It was a difficult time but instead of sitting at home and waiting while she looked for new employment she decided to work in a couple of local non-profit organizations. She was hard working and had great ethics. As a result of her work in the non-profits, she made several new connections that eventually led to new employment. through her example - she taught me again that work is a principle of action - it cannot fail and is always rewarded.
What would happen in our country if 15 million unemployed people suddenly started working every day in non-profits and other “non-paying” jobs? Job creation would happen. Everyone that wants to work, and is capable of work – can work. It’s a matter of personal choice and personal responsibility. We have to get up and work… each one of us - every day.
